CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

If for any reason, your travel plans change, please let us know. We will gladly refund your booking if it's cancelled at least 12 hours prior to your pick up time. Refunds will be made in the same form as your payment. There's no cancellation fee if you cancel your booking at least 12 hours in advance.

In the event that the booking is cancelled after 12 hours prior to your pick up time, the cancellation fee will be the full fare of the booking.

There will be no credits issued or a refund for no shows, cancellations made past cut-off time, and for fare differences after your booking has been completed.

After the confirmation of your booking, you will be required to make a full payment on our secure payment page.

We reserve the right to cancel for any unforeseen situations, such as bad weather conditions, road closures, accidents, etc.
